That low-level off-ness is a message
You are not sad. You are not angry. You are not overwhelmed.
But you are not fully okay either.

Nothing is wrong, but nothing feels right either.

A simple reset for that “off” feeling

Sit somewhere quiet, even for one minute
Say out loud or write: “I don’t need to fix this. I just want to feel it.”
Ask yourself gently, “What part of me feels unseen right now?”
Then breathe into that answer, without trying to change it
You may not get clarity right away.
But what you give space to often begins to soften.
And softening is how we begin to come back to ourselves.
You are not broken. You are listening.
That “off” feeling is not failure. It is feedback.
Your body is still with you. Your mind is still adapting.
And your calm is not gone. It is just waiting for you to stop running and return.
